Express Shipping

If delivery exceeds the promised 5‑business‑day timeframe due to reasons within our shipping service commitment, customers may contact our support team to request a refund of the Express Shipping fee. Please note that delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect shipping information, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for compensation.
