14-Day Return & Exchange
We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of your delivery date.
  • Logistics: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return/exchange process and must ship items to our return warehouse.
  • Tracking: Once your return or exchange has been processed and delivered, we will notify you via email with a new tracking number.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and unaltered condition to be eligible.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for any reason (such as personal preference regarding color, style, or size).
  • Verified Defects: Returns are also accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 14 days of receipt.
  • Claims Process: To initiate a claim for quality issues, please provide clear photos and a description of the defect within the 14-day window.
  • Exclusions: Items that have been stained, damaged, or altered after receipt are not eligible for return.
Shipping Costs
  • Non-Quality Issues: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must ship items to our return warehouse.
  • Quality Issues: For all verified defects or shipping damage, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
