Warehouse & Shipping Information
To ensure faster and more efficient delivery, we have warehouses located in the United States, United Kingdom, China, and Germany. Your package may be shipped from any of these warehouses based on inventory availability and destination.
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1‑3 business days after confirmation. Standard shipping typically takes 5‑8 business days for delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking information.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping is designed to arrive within 5 business days after dispatch. If delivery exceeds the promised 5‑business‑day timeframe due to reasons within our shipping service commitment, customers may contact our support team to request a refund of the Express Shipping fee. Please note that delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect shipping information, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for compensation.

Tax, Customs & Import Duties
For EU and United Kingdom destinations: VAT and import fees are fully included within your product price under DDP delivery terms. You will not receive any additional tax or customs charges upon delivery.
For Norway and Malta (Non‑EU region): We deliver on DDP terms. All import duties and local taxes are pre‑paid and included in your checkout payment. No further customs or tax payments will be requested at the time of delivery. You only pay the final amount shown at checkout..
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can also track your order through your account on our website.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free tracked standard shipping is available for eligible orders according to our shipping zones, currencies and order‑value thresholds shown in the table above.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1‑3 business days after confirmation. Standard shipping usually takes 5‑10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Can express service shorten the preparation time for pre‑order items?
No. The express service only speeds up the shipping transit, and cannot reduce the order preparation period. Pre‑order orders still require 5–10 business days for preparation. Express delivery will be arranged once the goods are ready.
