Warehouse & Shipping Information

To provide reliable international delivery, we fulfill orders through our global warehouse network located in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and China. Depending on your destination, product availability, and current logistics conditions, your order may be dispatched from any of these warehouses.

For in-stock items, orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. During peak shopping seasons, promotional events, public holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times are based on our best estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. During peak seasons and periods of high order volume, delivery may take longer than usual.

International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs clearance, carrier operations, local holidays, severe weather, strikes or labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to limit or exclude any statutory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country or region.

Pre-Order Items

The delivery estimates above apply to in-stock items only. Pre-order items require additional preparation time before dispatch. The applicable preparation time will be displayed on the product page.

Estimated total delivery time = Pre-order preparation time + Estimated shipping time

Express Shipping does not shorten the preparation period for pre-order products.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping provides a faster transit service where available. Availability, fees and estimated transit time will be displayed at checkout. Express Shipping only speeds up transit after dispatch and does not reduce order processing or pre-order preparation time. Express delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Taxes, Customs & Import Duties

Switzerland

Orders shipped to Switzerland use a duties-and-taxes prepaid delivery method. All applicable import duties, VAT and related import charges are paid and covered by us. Customers are not required to pay additional import duties or taxes when receiving the parcel.

European Union

Orders shipped to the European Union use a duties-and-taxes prepaid delivery method. All applicable VAT, import duties and related import charges are paid and covered by us. After paying the order total and displayed shipping fee at checkout, customers are not required to pay additional import duties, VAT or other import taxes upon delivery. Malta is excluded; please see the Malta policy below.

United Kingdom

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom use a duties-and-taxes prepaid delivery method. All applicable VAT, import duties and related import charges are paid and covered by us. Customers are not required to pay additional import duties, VAT or other import taxes upon delivery.

Norway

For orders shipped to Norway, duties and taxes are prepaid. All applicable import duties, VAT and related import fees are borne and prepaid by us.
Customers will not be required to pay any additional import duties, VAT or other import charges upon receipt of the parcel.

Malta

Orders shipped to Malta are currently sent via international parcel service. Import duties, VAT, customs charges and carrier customs-clearance fees, where applicable, are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are not prepaid by us. These charges are determined by local customs authorities or the carrier and may be collected from the recipient upon import or delivery. All such import taxes and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

How long will my order take to arrive?

In-stock orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch: United States 8–10 business days; United Kingdom 5–8; Germany, France, Netherlands & Belgium 8–10; Ireland, Spain, Italy & other major European countries 9–12; other international destinations 9–12. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can also track your order through your account.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free tracked Standard Shipping is available for eligible orders according to the destination, currency and thresholds shown above.

Can Express Shipping shorten pre-order preparation time?

No. Express Shipping only speeds up transit after dispatch. Pre-order preparation time still applies.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

Check the latest tracking information first. If there has been no update for an extended period or the shipment appears unusually delayed, contact service@puffit.com.
