Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within1–3 business daysafter confirmation. Standard shipping usually takes5–8 business daysafter dispatch, depending on your location.
Yes. We offer free trackable shipping worldwideon all orders.
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can also track your order through your account on our website.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
For non-quality-related returns (such as size, color, style preference, or change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For verified quality issues, including manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
We currently operate return centers in:
- Germany – For customers located within the European Union (EU)
- United States – For customers located in the United States, Canada, and Mexico
- United Kingdom – For customers in the UK and all other international destinations
Our support team will provide the appropriate return address after your request has been approved.
Please contact us atservice@puffit.comwithin 14 days of delivery and provide your order number along with the reason for your request. If your claim involves a quality issue, please include clear photos showing the problem.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Promotions & Free Gifts
When your order qualifies for a free gift promotion, an automatic reminder will appear in your cart prompting you to add the eligible free gift before checkout.
If your order qualifies for a free gift promotion, the gift must be added to your cart before completing checkout. While our system automatically displays a reminder and provides the option to add the gift, some customers may choose not to add it.
If a qualifying order is placed without the free gift being added to the cart, we will assume the customer has chosen not to receive the gift. Free gifts cannot be added, claimed, or shipped separately after an order has been placed.
