Return and Exchange Policy
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

We'll provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.

Arrange a pick-up or drop-off through your local post office using tracked delivery.

Submit your proof of postage (receipt + tracking number) to us.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund or exchange immediately.
Please Note:
- Returns are not accepted for non-quality issues.

The return or exchange shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer; initial delivery charges are non-refundable.

Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days from receipt. Returns after this period will not be accepted.

All returned items must be in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged) with tags attached.

Lost or Delayed Returns: While Goggfashion is not responsible for returns lost by couriers, we recommend using an insured mail service for your peace of mind.
