Return and Exchange Policy

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact us at help@puffit.com to start the process.
  2. We'll provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
  3. Arrange a pick-up or drop-off through your local post office using tracked delivery.
  4. Submit your proof of postage (receipt + tracking number) to us.
  5. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund or exchange immediately.

Please Note:

  • Returns are not accepted for non-quality issues. 
  • The return or exchange shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer; initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days from receipt. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged) with tags attached.

  • Our warehouses are located in C/O 2221 Remington Ave, Ontario,California,91762 and C/O 1175 Florence Columbus Road UNITC A1-A11 Borde.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain items such as underwear and swimwear are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately to arrange a return, exchange, or refund, including the shipping fee coverage.
  • Refund Process: Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.
  • Stock Availability for Exchanges: If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer an alternative solution or a refund.
  • Lost or Delayed Returns: While Goggfashion is not responsible for returns lost by couriers, we recommend using an insured mail service for your peace of mind.
  • Multiple Contact Options: For any inquiries, you can also reach our customer service via phone or online chat for immediate assistance.
  • International Returns: For our international customers, please be aware that you may be responsible for return shipping costs as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
  • Return Confirmation: To ensure a smooth return process, we request that you fill out a brief form or follow a simple procedure when requesting a return address, to provide us with necessary information for processing your return.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned items.
  • Exchanges will be dispatched within 24 hours after processing.
  • Goggfashion is not liable for returns lost by couriers. Please note, discounts applied via codes not used at the time of purchase will not be refunded post-delivery.
