1. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Standard shipping usually takes 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes. We offer free trackable shipping worldwide on all orders.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can also track your order through your account on our website.


2. Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?

A: Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

For non-quality-related returns (such as size, color, style preference, or change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For verified quality issues, including manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Q: Where do I return my order?

A: We currently operate return centers in:

  • Germany – For customers located within the European Union (EU)

  • United States – For customers located in the United States, Canada, and Mexico

  • United Kingdom – For customers in the UK and all other international destinations

Our support team will provide the appropriate return address after your request has been approved.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?

A: Please contact us at service@puffit.com within 14 days of delivery and provide your order number along with the reason for your request. If your claim involves a quality issue, please include clear photos showing the problem.

Q: When will I receive my refund?

A: Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


3. Promotions & Free Gifts

Q: How do free gift promotions work?

A: When your order qualifies for a free gift promotion, an automatic reminder will appear in your cart prompting you to add the eligible free gift before checkout.

Q: I qualified for a free gift, but it wasn't included in my order.

A: If your order qualifies for a free gift promotion, the gift must be added to your cart before completing checkout. While our system automatically displays a reminder and provides the option to add the gift, some customers may choose not to add it.

If a qualifying order is placed without the free gift being added to the cart, we will assume the customer has chosen not to receive the gift. Free gifts cannot be added, claimed, or shipped separately after an order has been placed.
