Refund Policy

Overview

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that returns are only accepted for verified quality issues or shipping damage.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Conditions:

  • Returns are not accepted for non-quality-related issues (e.g., dislike of color, style, or size).

  • Items that have been damaged, stained, or altered after receipt are not eligible for return.

Quality Issues & Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at help@puffit.com immediately.

  • Claims for quality issues must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please provide clear photos and a detailed description of the defect to help us evaluate the issue.

Exchanges

We offer a one-time exchange within 7 days of your delivery date.

  • Logistics: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with the exchange process.

  • Tracking: Once your exchange has been processed and delivered, we will notify you via email with a new tracking number.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and unaltered condition to be eligible.

Return Process

To start a return, contact us at service@puffit.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized/Custom products (such as special orders or name-labeled items).

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants) and personal care goods (beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items and gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must remain in its original condition (unworn, with tags, and original packaging).

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at service@puffit.com.
