14-Day Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Include all original packaging and tags.

Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations caused after delivery.
Non-Quality Related Returns
If you wish to return or exchange an item due to personal reasons (such as size, color, style preference, or change of mind), you may do so within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items must be shipped to our designated return center.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Quality-Related Returns
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs for verified quality issues.

Please provide clear photos and a brief description of the issue when submitting your request.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Return Centers
To provide faster and more convenient return processing, we currently operate return centers in:

Germany – Accepting returns from all European Union (EU) countries.

United States – Accepting returns from the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

United Kingdom – Accepting returns from the UK and all other international destinations not covered by our regional return centers.
Once your return request is approved, our customer service team will provide the appropriate return address based on your location.
Please do not return items without prior authorization, as returns sent to an incorrect address may not be processed.
Return & Exchange Process

Ship the item to the designated return center.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
Tracking
For exchanges, once the replacement order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the new tracking number.
